I did not like other cotton pads and qtip holders on the web. So I designed my own. It is similar to different designs, with flowers added to it.
The rose on the lid is from Miles_Jd (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1705493). All other 2d flowers are designed by CoPilot (Dall-E), and I am including the PNG files here.
Edit: I added a second design with a Cotton Flower.
Rotate the model and print upright. The pad holder does not need support. But the lid needs support for the outer overhang lip. Select the Touching Build Plate option for support. The pad holder can be printed with 0.2mm layer height (looks like the pictures), but the lid can be printed with 0.1mm height to improve its details on the rose (As shown in my photo). Increase the wall lines so that the walls do not get infilled. The pattern in my print is triangles, but any dense infill should work. The filament in my print is Overture Jeans Red PLA.
