Summary

Flood light tower
The files contain an assembled truss gantry. which may print for you. The parts list contain the truss gantry disassembled. Use CA to glue the parts together. the floods can be positioned at any angle then glued. Glue in the LEDs
It's fiddly to wire. It took me 90 minutes to make 2.
towertruss.stl is the internal z section truss to replace one I damaged.
Electrics

3 x 3528 LEDs to be wired in series with a 150 ohm resistor for 12V operation. I used very thin enamelled motor winding wire. The LEDs and resistor from a LED light strip.
The cut corner on the front of the LED denotes the negative terminal.
Remember to pass wires through holes in floodlights before soldering to end up with two 30 cm wires that thread down through the inside of the truss gantry and connect to 12V under the baseboard.
I used a surface mount resistor 'tombstoned' onto the last LED cathode connection with a flying wire.(see photo).
CA glue the LEDs into the floodlights. I use High Viscosity and accelerator.
