(Edit 1) The middle parts should have supports for the joint overhangs. The tabs on the back of the shelves need to be cut off.
(Edit 2) I've printed it and it works a bit loose but fine.
I haven't printed this model yet as I'm printing something else, but I modeled a wider and deeper version for my Legos. The pieces should be glued with superglue or print out of abs and use plastic cement.
(Edit 3) You could weld the parts together with a soldering iron instead of gluing for even more strength.
