A reverse-engineered replacement housing for the flip-up rear sight on the old M4 S-System from A&K (M7799), JG, and I think a couple other brands. The original was made of pot metal and the retention tab broke off.
This design is not the full assembly, but only the replacement part for the sight housing itself. Feel free to extend the design and make your own flip-up rear sight.
Included is a v1, pictured, and a v2, which includes an MP7-style pistol sight that doubles as a forward stop. I have not tested the v2. The FreeCAD file is attached so you may make any changes you wish.
Prints best on its back. It does have some small overhangs; I recommend organic/tree supports so that you don't have to dig any supports out.
