This thing attaches a cheap-o macro filter to a Meikon underwater housing for my Sony a5100. The Meikon housing has threading that can hold a 67mm lens filter, but I wanted to be able to quickly add and remove the filter, and this makes it easier when underwater and possibly wearing gloves.
The parts all push fit together. They are a snug fit and may require a bit of sanding/patience. I used a piece of 3mm filament for the hinge pin.
The macro filter I used was one of these, but I assume that many other 67mm filters would work as well:

I'm taking it diving in a couple weeks, I'll post an update on how it worked out when I'm back!
Update - It worked pretty well, but the latch that keeps the lens in place needs to be tougher as it snapped off after a couple days. I blame the ripping current :) I'll rework the latch bit and post an updated version shortly.
