Summary

This is a remix of the great design Flexing battery holders with integrated spring by enif. I needed switch as part of battery holder instead of having the switch outside. Designed rectangular hole in the edge of the battery where I can place slide switch.

I also arranged the floor design with slight depth on each end of the battery so you can push to pop out batteries.

Enhancements

  1. Slide switch hole: 12.5mm (W) x 5.8mm (D) x 6mm (H)
  2. Push to pop out battery

Hardware requirements

  1. Slide switch.

I am unfortunately unable to find where and which I bought, hence I am sharing my caliper measurement photos.

My slide switch size is 12.09mm (W) x 5.66mm (D) x 6.11mm(H).

These slide switches look a like but not exactly sure
