Modularer Filamentrollenhalter mit Zahnbürstenbremse.
Durch die verwendeten Kugellager war die Filamentrolle etwas zu leichtgängig, da die Papprolle nicht ausgewuchtet ist, dreht sie dann zu weit, das Filament ist nicht mehr auf Spannung. Die Zahnbürstenbremse soll ein Überdrehen verhindern und erstetzt nun die beiden Pappstücke, die bisher diesen Job erledigten.
Der Grundaufbau besteht aus 4 gleichen Eckmodulen ergänzt um 2 Achsaufnahmen (wahlweise mit Zahnbürstenbremse oder ohne), der Achse in Rollenbreite mit dem Achsdeckel. Zu dem PVC Rohr, welches sich sehr gut schneiden lässt mit nem Knipex Rohrschneider, werden noch 3 Kugellager und ein Stück Rohr als Welle benötigt.
Auf den letzten Bildern ist die Ausrichtung zum Druck abgebildet.

Modular filament reel holder with toothbrush brake.
Due to the ball bearings used, the filament roll was a little too smooth to move. Since the cardboard roll is not balanced, it then rotates too far and the filament is no longer under tension. The toothbrush brake is intended to prevent over-speeding and now replaces the two pieces of cardboard that previously did this job.
The basic structure consists of 4 identical corner modules supplemented by 2 axle mounts (either with toothbrush brake or without), the axle in roller width with the axle cover. In addition to the PVC pipe, which can be cut very easily with a Knipex pipe cutter, you also need 3 ball bearings and a piece of pipe as a shaft.
The last pictures show the orientation for printing.
