Made this for my wife's linocut palm tools after noticing they were stored in a large cup with no way to identify them or protect the cutting edges. Used this project to start learning FreeCAD - first time designing/modeling a parametric model.
The holder uses a skateboard bearing (press fit into the top portion, dimensions are in the images section) and the hollow base was filled with sand (along with a 3m rubber sheet on the bottom to prevent slipping). The holder is printed in 3 parts and requires no supports.
I've included 2 versions of the top portion, one with pin holes for 3d printed labels, and one without. I also uploaded the labels for the blade profiles she had (2 sizes of the same profiles, so they were just printed in 2 different colors).
