The file 'Fletching Jig. Pre-Configured. 2in Blazers. 4mm 340 Arrows. Standard 2deg Offset 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 631.9KB.
This is a remix of the OpenSCAD Fletching jig by petr-moucha.
Well, this is simply a pre-configured model with STLs ready to print. I had to make some adjustments and print it several times, so I figured I would upload this as a re-mix for other people who have the same setup as me, would want this but want to avoid the hassel.
This config is very specifically is for a 4mm archery arrow. (4mm micro-diameter arrows are actually closer to 6mm OD in case you are wondering). I tuned the configs and tried on my Victory VAP TKO 350 4mm, and my Easton FMJ 340 4mm arrows. Both have factory 2in Blazer fletchings on them. They are the standard 2 deg right offset (non-helical) that most factory arrows come with, set back about 23-25mm from the end of the arrow without nock.
If your arrow doesnt match mine, I cant guarateed that it would work... then you are back to square 1 and have to use the configuration with OpenCAD - which is not bad really...
I printed mine on a resin printer with ABS-like resin, which I would recommend since the tolerances are kinda tight.
