This is the coffee distributor I prepared for my Flair Pro 2.
Adjustable height 7 mm~12mm
I have seen some videos mentioning that using a coffee distributor before temping can get a more leveled coffee bed. In any case, 46mm coffee distributors are not mainstream, so their prices are relatively high. I decided to make my own.
I'm not sure whether the distribution head of three-phase or two-phase will affect the result, so I made both.
Printing:
· Print the distribution head with the finest settings available to get the smoothest surface (or polish it later)
· Other parts can be printed with faster settings to speed up
· Recommend gluing the distribution head and inner core together
I won’t receive my Flair Pro 2 until a few days later, so I can’t be sure that the depth of 7~12mm works right now. However, I will see whether I need to increase the depth after receiving the machine.
