The file 'FJ Cruiser Climate Control Knobs 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 559.7KB.
Remixed from Conna 455's original design. I hit the "Remix It" button but it's not showing (yet) as a remix. Want to give credit where credit is due.

Remixed it for better illumination, for a beefier structure and feel, and to fit bigger M4 socket heads which I like better than M3s. I cut a bigger triangle to indicate knob position and cut a vertical slot for an additional indication/illumination. The amber lights that provide back light in the FJ Cruiser are not very bright, and I wanted to be able to see the knob position from backlight, so - REMIX.
You can install these knobs without having to pull the high-torque springs out of your factory climate control knobs since there's almost nowhere in the free world to buy those inserts. They press on to the control arms and work just fine.
I printed the knobs themselves in ABS for heat tolerance in an enclosed cabin, printed the light inserts in clear PETG (for translucence), and then super-glued the light inserts inside each knob. The light inserts will snap into the knob, but I added a bit of Gorilla supergel to make sure they stayed put.
I recommend printing in ABS so you can sand and paint in the color of your choice before adding the M4 socket head bolts.
