I've modified the already modified version to add space for the backlight cables. It's my first post, I'll need to adjust some stuff in the futur.
To get the best result, you need the flattest surface possible. I recommend using sandpaper, but it's a bit painful.
Then glue the piece with super glue, I always had good results with Loctite for plastics, but it's a bit expansive, 10$ for 2ml. Works too with Loctite 747, 50g for 8$.
To fit the screw mount, just melt them with your soldering iron.
