Why buy a rodpod if you use single banksticks most of the time?
With this rodpod its easy to use your banksticks and you don't need
any buzzer bar. Those things tend to come loose and turn anyway.
This one is for 16mm banksticks !!

For 13mm or 13,2mm banksticks I added a bushing .stl (best is Nylon or PETG 100% infill.
PLA will break).

The long bars can go into your holdall and the short ones with
blocks attached into a bag.

Knob (4x) + (8x)

Material : PETG or PLA
Hex head cap bolts
M8 x 30 mm (12x)

Grind the bolts of and make them
stick out of the plastic 16mm(8x) and 19mm (4x).
Use water to cool if you grind when the knob is attached to
the bolt otherwise the thing will melt.

Block (4x)
Material : Nylon, PC, PETG, ABS or PLA
PC and Nylon are obviously the strongest.
With a closed printer you could use ABS and aceton
smooth it for more strength.
I painted my blocks (PETG) with epoxy for more strength.

Extrusion multiplier 1.1
Temp 248C
Bed 55C
Fan half
Speed slow 25mm/sec
Shells 4
Infill 15% (fast honeycomb)
Steps 0.2

The nut has to be pulled into it's hole. It's best to use a long bolt for this.
You can push the nut against the "ceiling" of the square hole while screwing it on.

Aluminium profile (Square: 15mm x 15mm x 1mm)
1 meter (2x)
0,5 meter (2x)
Hammer metal paint

15mm x 15mm x 1,5mm aluminium is obviously stronger and a little heavier.
I made reinforcement blocks for both 1mm and 1.5mm tube thickness.

Tube reinforcement (8x)
Material: PETG or PLA
Glued them in with:
Henkel Loctite 401 Multi-Purpose Super
Strong glue Instant Adhesive - 20g (great glue for $2,38 on Ebay).

M8 Nut (12x)
A normal hexagon M8 nut.
Thickness 6,3mm

1 extra nut per knob if you use Knob_M8-locknut_loose.stl
