I sometimes use glow hooks, sun works great when outside. I fish in an ice shack a lot so no sun. Found I could order UV led lights on amazon that has adhesive back. They come in length of 6' or longer. This project uses three feet so you get two charging cups out of one length. I ordered the USB two wire power plug and soldered them together. Inside is a small deflector to help the wire not pull away from the sides when it runs through the wall, V6 as you can see but actually more. I made it so the wire wraps around and tucks away. I also made a different version for a longer plug wire and a switch, see attached also. Lights are recessed into the wall to allow the lights to sit more flush along wall.
