This is a quick release wall mount for an Amazon Fire HD8 Plus tablet that includes a recess for mounting a 4 inch diameter (Anker) Qi charger.
The Tablet clips into the top retaining clip of the bracket and is removed by gently lifting the living hinge top retaining clip while pulling on the tablet.
