This is a Cub Scout Fire Hydrant Neckerchief Slide.
I found a model of a fire hydrant and modified it in tinker cad to add a neckerchief slide holder or feature. I have printed several of these at 15% fill with supports.
I used a flashforge Dreamer, they came out and worked nicely, the boys loved them, some parents too lol
