The file 'FIRE HOUSE HO SCALE 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 836.73 KB.
This FIRE HOUSE HO scale (1/87th) will be a nice addition to your layout. Roof sheathing is constructed from .016" sheet styrene or light card stock cut to size. I have also included a SHINGLES STRIP that you will need to print multiple times for complete coverage of the roof sheathing. This will need to be cut to size for each section required. Windows and doors are printed separately for ease of painting. If you have a laser cutter the Cedar Shingles are laser cut, check that posting elsewhere on my model listings.
I exclusively print with PLA and have found that ordinary clear lacquer thinner (Nail polish remover) is a wonderful glue. Make a small test for yourself of two pieces of scrap PLA and give it a try. Let sit for 20 seconds and then try to break it apart. It leaves no residue and is applied with a small brush. I've been using lacquer thinner as a glue on styrene and PLA for years. No sloppy or messy glue to show when finished.
If you would like me to design a custom model for you contact me at:
It is totally free but I will post it on Thingiverse for others to print and enjoy.
