This is a filter adapter designed to attach an air filter to a snorkel mask (either the Seaturtle or the Decathlon Easybreath) Doctors at the local hospital helped design these. The masks can now be used as a splash screen and air filter at once. The air filters are very common in hospitals, and are very cheap to replace.
