With this Fillet Gauge you can measure the diameter of notches from 1mm to 26mm, 28mm and 30mm. It consists of 7 gauges with 4 different diameters each, a case to store them including a case lid to hold everything toghether in place.
The whole tool is very comapct (~95mmx95mmx30mm) so that you can put it into your pocket :-)
Have fun and as always: Feedback is highly appreciated.
Note 1: If you can't close the lid, try to turn the gauges so that the text in the center circle shifts by 90° degree after every stage. Alternatively you can also strech the case on the z-axis by approx. 5-8% or sand down the text on every middle circle a little bit. I'm working on a higher version, and will post it as soon as I can print again (my Printer is temporarily out of order).
Note 2: If you're looking for a Fillet Gauge to measure Rods, please check out my other thing http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2120626
Note 3: The "FilletGauge-OldVersion.stl" is an experiment (see link above). Due to the 150° segment degree, you might only be able to measure inner fillets of e.g. frames, where you can slide one fillet after the other.
UPDATE 02-Mar-2017:
I made a 2nd, lightly higher version of the case and the lid (file-name ending with "High"). If you use these two objects, all gauges can be sorted in the same direction within the case :-)
