I needed a paper/file holder for my desk and wanted a tray as well and couldn't find any designs I loved. I added the hex cutouts afterwards to save some filament.
It's made in TinkerCAD so it's not the most accurate/pretty thing.
My printer ran out of filament partway so if someone makes a full print, I would love a picture to add to this page.
