The file 'Filament Stand Rod Holders 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 52.5KB.
I found a 1.75 cm diameter pipe from an old clothes hanging rack in my basement. Rather than throw it away, I decided to repurpose it to create a filament stand specifically for my smaller spools of filament.
You can print it with no supports, however it messes up around half the time. What I did was adjust my ender 3 v3 se to about default print speed as it started the ring section. It worked like a charm.
10% infill should work fine with some tougher types of PLA but I upped the infill to about 20-35.
You will also have to make a copy of the original model but that's easy enough to do. You could also just print two separately.
I created this in Blender. Follow to stay updated on my journey through CAD.
