The file 'Filament Stand 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 90.4KB.
My printer doesn't like any resistance on the filament roll, so I made some changes to allow the use of a 608 bearing in place of the printed roller.
Grease free 608 bearings. These turn more freely at low speed than normal greased bearings.
In the next version I'll make it a little curvier, and modify to use less plastic.
v2 released!
Made it a little curvier. Doesn't really do anything except make it slightly more aesthetically appealing. (Very slight improvement, lets be honest)
Added a boss to prevent the bearings from touching the back surface. Also allows for easier removal of the bearings if you need to replace the base.
Extended the base 1cm for more stability on soft surfaces, like carpet.
Made the groove on the bearing cover (I really need a better name) slightly deeper.
