The file 'Filament Spool Wall Holder / Headphone Hanger UPDATED 2015-07-23 3D Printer Model' is (skp, stl) file type, size is 874.8KB.
UPDATE 2015-07-23: Now you can vacuum seal your filament AND hang it at the same time. See my vacuum-seal end cap here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:939583
I couldn't find a filament spool wall hanger to my liking, so I made my own. It also works great for headphones and other hangable items.
There are two lengths available: 75mm for most regular depth spools and 105mm for wide spools, such as BuMat brand.
The hanger pole is set at a 2.2 percent incline to keep the spool secure.
The pole's diameter is small enough that you can keep most spool spacers attached when hanging (for example, my Printrbot Simple Metal Spool Spacers shown here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:322923).
Attach with two #12 screws and anchors. The holes are sized for #12 screws and countersunk for #12 screw heads. These here work well from Home Depot: http://thd.co/1TvK3MI
I recommend printing at .2mm layer height with 15 percent or more infill and 4 vertical shell perimeters (for strength). No supports required.
