This is a filament spool holder for a M8 threaded rod.
You also need the following components:
To assembly everything you'll need to press-fit nuts and bearings carefully into printed parts.
Note that M8 nut have to be directed towards a bearing when screwing a knob, otherwise the knob will block the bearing from rotating.
The same knob can also be used to mount a threaded rod with a spool onto some kind of stand or even to the 3D-printer enclosure itself.
