Noticed my filament was rubbing against the Ender 3 Filament Guide and the added resistance was causing my extruder to grind the filament.
I created this adapter that inserts into the guide and allows a Capricorn bowden tube to be inserted for less friction guidance. Adapter has a 20 degree angled hole to reduce friction even further.
