I have included some pre-printed Material type cards. I recently added to half circles to the top of the card to stop them from falling out when you open the lid. That seams to work.

You will also find a 4mm port plug that has a hole to twist in your filament... Piddey led the way on that idea. I also created one to go over a 4mm PTFE tube.

The openscad file allows you to type text and generate cards. There are two variables you set with suggested number of characters.

I could not print smaller than 5mm with my .2 print head and slicer... it would drop letters. Three lines only fit if the top bar was not there... but have at it. For those with MMU... do a mod to print the text in a different color.

It prints a 4 on the plug for 4mm... you could use the number and colors to tell you things like how much filament you have left.

FiBo_Curved_Latch_LargerHook.scad
After scraping off the ridge of my latch on an early FiBo box I created this curved latch with a larger contact point to the ridge. The original latch works as well at holding it closed. Your choice. UPDATE. "Baseline" is the size expected to work. Recognizing that different supplier material can print a slightly difference sizes I am including some incrementally larger and smaller latches so you can find the one that fits right. In the code there are options to adjust even more.

This plug has a tapered core to insert your filament and then plug it into the 4mm PTFE receptacle in the front of the box. Or you can just use it as a plug with no filament.

FiBo_pc4_Cap-with-Filament-Port_With_Handle.scad is the same with a rectangular handle.

This has a tapered hole in the back to hold filament… just push and twist.
The front has a tapered hole to go over a PTFE tub.

I could not get the dynamic dynamic card to work in openJScad... it would be easier for some because you could just drop it at https://openjscad.org/ if you did not have openscad installed. It might have something to do with the font reference.

New Caulking tool:
Its a great box, but I discovered that the seal was not sealing the tiered top edge. Some of this I think was due to warping, other to the layers. I tried many things. My solution was silicone on the two sides and the front edge. The hinge edge is so tight and flush it is not needed. The tool will give you a very thin raised silicone line to each side of the 1mm seal.

On the caulk tool... > and < are the directions that tool would go to have the slant first. R just means it is a rectangle.

Print the caulk took with fine detail on its side... I was using a .4 nozzle and .15 layer... just enough resolution.

I have also started painting my boxes with clear matte paint. This is an attempt to seal the layers. Without it and the fix my boxes would return to a humidity level equal the outside within 21 days. The caulk and paint have helped... tests are on-going.
