Designed this based on a pretty common fender holder. Based it on a 7/8" rails and 3/8" fender lines. I have not tested it yet but plan on doing printing a few next week.
I've uploaded a step and .sldprt if anyone wants to remix it or change the dimensions
Update: I added an "updated" version of the original plus one that is not adjustable and instead the fender line can be tied if the same height is required every time. I tried to make the new ones a lot smaller than the first and with some refined dimensions. They've been working for me so far!
