19/09/2019 UPDATE: V3 cleat stopped gripping the cord after a very short time in use, please now use updated V4 file. After a bit of investigation and testing I found the cause and have adjusted a few parameters of the teeth to work better with the thin diameter rudder cord. initial testing has been good so fingers crossed it's now a bit more dependable.
Remixed from 22steve22's design (couldn't be bothered to create the teeth myself so I stole his!)
Designed to replace the rudder cleat on the feel free lure but will fit other models too. After a year or two of use, the teeth on my original started to strip so I made this to replace it.
It takes a little bit of messing around with settings to get the teeth to come out perfect but well worth it.
Mine was printed in ABS other materials should be fine, print 0.1 - 0.2mm, should print fine without supports but I set "build plate only" for the main arch.
