These inserts were designed to work with the Kickstarter upgraded agent pieces (plastic) and the extra ship for Arratooine, however, the smaller original cardboard agents should fit, albeit loosely. You should print one of everything, except two resources boxes and four player boxes, including lids.
I am actually using a Prusa i3 MK3.9 which is the same as the MK4, except for the Z axis stepper motors. All the components were created from scratch, but my Erudite Card Holder design was inspired by the design of Micknick1968 on Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6090790.
The containers were designed by planet and other board areas with easy setup and teardown in mind. With one exception, everything you need for a given planet or board area will be together in a single box. For example, all player robots are together in the green box, rather than in the individual player boxes. The main exception is the Atalan medals which are part of the Setup Component box since it was impractical to include them with the Erudite Card box.
