this is my most ambitious project so far. I had this pair of glasses with which I started flying in Fpv, I didn't use them anymore except for small home repairs.
I then decided to open everything and create an external monitor to allow others to see the flights in analog. both for friends and for employers.
ALL THE PIECES MUST BE PRINTED IN PLA, ONLY THE CAPS MUST BE PRINTED IN TPU.
the power supply is the thing that satisfies me least, I would like in the next project to make sure that the battery is covered, but it's fine like this and it works. obviously once the original glasses are dismantled, the cables must be cut and resoldered following the original order.
The thread for the tripod, I recovered it from a gopro mount. hot glue to block the cables and the tripod mount. I haven't mounted it yet, but a piece of transparent plastic will be needed to avoid damaging the screen.
