Print mask-hooks the fast way. 1 Minute per part or less.
Part is only 1 perimeter thick.
Print it with 0.5mm layerheight and 1mm extrusionwidth. Possible with 0.4mm, 0,6mm, 0,8mm and 1mm nozzle. Volcano recommended.
Without optimization I printed 30 pcs in 30 minutes on my CR10. You can probably be even faster.
Fusion360 File included. Parametric design, change thickness and overall size via parameters.
