I lost one of my keys, while the spare one was locked inside the roof box on top of my car. I had to reverse-engineer a key to unlock the box and get the spare key out :D
The key dimensions are ever slightly (I think I made it 0.2mm) smaller than the original key dimensions to allow for printer variations (slightly smaller key will work no problem, while a bigger key simply won't fit).
When printing I recommend either 100% fill, or at least force 100% fill in the middle, narrow part of the key for strength.
