This is an arrowhead and fletching designed for costume use only. Both arrowhead and end-piece are designed to fit onto a 1/4" dowel (the one in the picture is 24" long). The fletching prints as a single piece. Both ends are meant to be glued on—if you want them to friction fit, experiment with printing them maybe 3–5% smaller. Small update: There's now also an STL with a bit of texturing on the feathers; if you print these, be careful removing the supports.
The arrowhead is remixed from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2641605 and is deliberately designed to look cool while not actually being very sharp; you may even want to blunt the tip a tiny bit further. The feather is remixed from https://www.printables.com/model/48754-realistic-3d-printed-feathers (just using the basic shape).
These were designed as part of a Wild Hunt costume that also includes a 3D printed fantasy bow (STL from https://www.etsy.com/listing/1446300412/fantasy-bow-3d-printable-file) and antlers.
