An over-the-top design for a 12V fan powered by 4 x 18650 Lithium Batteries. the batteries are held by a battery and servo holder which allows the fan to turn 180 degrees.
The servo can be controlled by an Arduino (no holder for the Arduino) as shown in [this video] (https://github.com/nevchits/3D-Prints/blob/main/Fan%20Holder/fan%20holder%20with%20servo.mp4).
Electronics are wired separately. the dimensions are pretty tight so some filing and sanding might be necessary
