My BMW E39 was missing some fan grille parts for the rear seats.
The CAD drawings have the exact same size as the original parts. So it just depends on how accurate your printer is (I had to sand down some areas). As you can see in the pictures you will also need a small piece of sheet metal that acts as a spring.
