This is pretty niche, but it's an improved fan duct for the Sidewinder X1/X2 that's adjusted for a BMG extruder with volcano hotend and a BLTouch. The offset is X39 Y-33.5
Use some supports and I'd suggest 0.6mm line width with 0.2mm layers and 5 walls (make it a solid piece)
