Summary

After changing the teflon throat tube and disassembling the heating block, the geometry is a little different and the air flow is not directed to the right spot, so I made an adjustable air duct. There is a fixing screw, but it is generally not needed, as the tolerances are 0.15mm and there is enough friction to keep it in place.

There are "clean" .stl and .stl with support for printing at 45deg.

work in progress (or somebody remixes this):
plan is to model a lighter version with thinner walls

  • to have 3x0.4mm when printing at 45deg, so the wall should be 0.84mm
    or
  • to have 4x0.4mm when printing at 45deg, so the wall should be 1.13mm

edit:
new files added:

  • thinner walls, 20deg angle, tolerances 0.20mm, fan connection plus 0.1mm for tighter fit
  • version with straight/flat part at exit
