I use a 90mm AIO from an old HP gaming computer in my NAS, but modern cases don't use 90mm fans anymore!
This is designed to mount the AIO as flush to the side as possible, while centering it in the fan exhaust port. Alternatively, you can use this to mount just 90mm fans in a 120mm fan mount!
