I orientated the body part vertically and cut off the connecting knob of the bottom part to make it support free.
I printed the body part with 0.1 resolution and 10% infill in about 2 hours. The bottom part was printed with 0.06 resolution and 10% infill in about 1 hour.
Afterwards paint and glue the parts together :)
UPDATE:
I have added another version of the body part (medx_body_part_V2). Now the bottom of it is solid so it should be easier to glue.
Print with 20% infill or so :)
