The file 'Fallout Joe – A T-51b Power Armor Action Figure 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 6.3MB.
2015/11/10: If you like Fallout Joe, you may also enjoy Fallout Joe 2: T-45d.
A friend of mine was blown away by the new, highly-detailed Fallout 4 Power Armor models coming out. And also by their price. He asked me, "How hard would it be to make a 3d printable kit like that?"
I downloaded the model from Fallout 3 (posted 2 years ago on tf3dm.com, here: http://tf3dm.com/3d-model/t-51b-power-armor-10590.html) and brought it into TinkerCAD. I cut it into segments and used TinkerPlay parts to articulate the joints. The waist and shoudler swivels are my own design based on a joint common in Transformers. All told there are 16 points of articulation.
It comes in at 3.75", so it should blend right in among your G.I. Joes.
