I created this myself using Sketchup. The font is Overseer, the same font used for Fallout 4. Feel free to mod, sell, give away, whatever you like. Enjoy.
If you want to do in multiple colors, you print layers 1 thru 11 in 1 color like Fallout Blue, then the 12th layer starts with a second color like Fallout yellow.
