I designed this mask around my face (male), although I have a pretty generic shaped face so it should also fit others too. Step file is included.
Unlike other filtered face masks, this one diverts the air vent towards you rather than away from you, which works similar to a face shield. There is a 45x67x12mm cavity for filter media, although it should be effective without using a filter too.
