Simple fan duct, for cold end and part cooling. Easy to print. Printed with PLA filament.

03/29/2019 ~ Uploaded the right air blocker for the 5015 version. It can be added without removing the hot/cold-end.
03/25/2019 ~ Created a new version of the part cooling duct. To get the air pushed in the right direction, for avoiding too much cooling of the nozzle itself, it is now possible to mount a metal washer that comes close to the tip. A washer with a 4 mm hole and 12 mm outer dimension will fit.
Added an air blocker, to prevent air from the cold end fan to reach the hotend.
03/17/2019 ~ Added a cold end duct for 5015 blower. Use same bolts as for the 40 mm fan. Use 1 4 or 3 x 25 mm bolt and nut for the 5015 mount.
You'll need only a few bolts.
1 pcs of 3x6mm for base mount.
4-6 pcs of 3x10mm for hotend fan and air duct.
(1 pcs of 3 or 4x25 mm bolt and nut for the 5015 mount)
!!!!! Support settings set to "Touching Build plate"!!!!! This is very important. If set to "Everywhere", you wont be able to remove the support structures inside the duct.
I printed it using a small brim with 8 lines.
The print time all together is approximately 5 hours. 2 hours for the mount, 3 hours for the duct.
To put your own emblem, the inside of the square is 36*5,9 mm.
Made for my own purpose and have used it with succes. I like it simple and easy. Shared so anyone else can try it. Feel free. I suppose it will work for the CR-10 aswell.
