The file 'Eyepiece For Asaklitt 34-3589 Binoculars 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 38.9KB.
Plastic base of the eyepiece for some binoculars (designed for Asaklitt model 34-3589; I suspect this might be a Clas Ohlson store brand and thus the same design might exist under other names).
I tried to reproduce it as close as possible, including stops along the spiral guidelines, but it seems it was wrong to assume that the spirals start at 120-degree intervals. Still, with a little bit of filing it works well enough.
To install, unscrew the flathead screws that will travel along the spiral paths. Iirc only 2 of them actually unscrew. Pop the frame on, screw the screws back in and check that the frame travels correctly (remove and file/sand as needed). Put both eyepieces at maximum or minimum level, apply glue to the frame and align the rubber cover with its unbroken counterpart.
