I adjusted the size of the whole to fit better around the Ender 3 Pro extruder pin.
So you should be able to print this at 100% size and be good to go.
Print upside-down like in the stl file, so that you don't need any supports.
Depending on your filament and temperature settings, the exact size of the hole might vary.
Also, not all versions of the Ender 3 Pro seem to have the exact same size extruder pin size.
So I have also added a measuring tool.
You can print this in like 20 minutes. And helps you decide how large you should print the actual knob.
The tool provides test holes at 94 - 102% size.
Choose the one that you need to use quite some pressure for to place on to the extruder pin.
For the Ender 3 Pro from before 2019 you probably need to print at 100% or 98%.
For the newer versions you probably need to print at 94% or 96%.
And it seems that some of the latest versions (2021) don't have an extruder pin at all to put this on.
