Summary

Objective: Design a rack for extracellular vesicle (EV) isolation and washing (post-immunostaining) that is compatible with the Izon columns (https://store.izon.com).

A $200 USD commercial rack is sold by the company (https://store.izon.com/products/qrack).

Benefits provided from this design:
i) Allows users to run multiple columns simultaneously
ii) Reduced cost - sole expense is the cost of printing / filament!

The 'Upright Supports', 'Base' and 'Shelves' are meant to slot together and do not require adhesives. This allows the apparatus to be stored disassembled.

The 'Bottom_Shelf-Shelf' contains slots that allows for the collection of eluted EVs / exosomes in 1.5ml Eppendorf tubes.

Some components must be printed in duplicate (as indicated):
2x Upright Supports
2x Base
1x Top Shelf
1x Bottom Shelf - Rack
1x Bottom Shelf - Shelf
1x Waste Container
2x Rods
