This one is done for Nikkor 50 F1.8G (58 mm) but i think it work in all 58 mm lenses ... (i think !).

These led are called LED COB, for your information and do not cost a lot. I love them.
U need a 12v 1A power supply too.

These are simple banana bullet connector but u can use whatever u want but i suggest a connector so u can use one power supply for more illuminator ...
