Made some external barrels that are compatible with WE airsoft G17, G18 and G19. I used concentric supports which worked well for the 17 and 19 barrel but was a pain when it came to the slots in the 18C and 19C barrel. I've only tested a mag to two to make sure it works but haven't done any destructive testing on them.
Update
Releasing threaded versions for the G17 and G19 barrels. It's a little longer since I had issues with the suppressor hitting the recoil spring rod when pulling the slide back. Also have version 2 barrels that are more compatible with 3d printed frames. If it still has issues then lightly sand the outside of the section that hangs down to reduce friction.
