Designed these wall mounts for this extension cord with an on/off switch.
This way it can be mounted to a wall, wooden board or something else. I modeled it to be mounted with 4mm countersunk wood screws, but I think 3 or 3,5 mm should be fine too, I'm not your mom.
If you're mounting this vertical, I would reccomend to have the switch on the low side so the bigger bracket supports the extension unit. The smaller bracket just slides over.
Print however you see fit, I printed both upright with supports.
