I extended the indent where the sandpaper is held, so it can hold slightly longer strips. I modified the grip on the screw to make it easier to twist. I also pulled out the indent on one side of the tool, so it could be more easily printed on its side.
Note that the indent modification may result in more sanding surface bending if the screw is heavily tightened. I added a small ~2 degree angle that peaks behind the screw hole flat to compensate for this.
I recommend printing the tool on its now flat triangular side, and the screw on its side so the threads start on supports.
